چکیده

Abstract This study aimed to assess the effect of inferior alveolar nerve (IAN) block mandible and infiltration anesthesia maxilla using lidocaine plus epinephrine or prilocaine with felypressin anesthetic agents on systolic diastolic blood pressures, heart rate (HR) peripheral oxygen saturation patients. randomized double-blind clinical trial evaluated 112 patients in four groups (n=28) based jaw (maxilla mandible) type agent (lidocaine felypressin). Groups 1 2 received IAN maxilla, respectively, 2% 1:80.000 epinephrine. 3 4 felypressin. Systolic pressures HR were measured by an automatic upper arm pressure monitor percentage was a finger pulse oximeter 10 minutes before injection, immediately after injection 20 injection. The mean showed greater reduction following administration epinephrine, as compared (p<0.001). significantly increase depended (p=0.033). Administration comparison felypressin, can cause changes cardiovascular parameters such undergoing restoration maxillary mandibular molar tooth. Type has no significant parameters.

Comparative clinical assessment of two nasolabial hyaluronic acid fillers: A double-blind, randomized controlled trial

Background: Various fillers have been used for the correction of nasolabial folds. This study investigated the efficacy and safety assessment of two hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers on moderate nasolabial folds. Methods: This study randomized 10 volunteers, aged 35 to 49 years, with moderate nasolabial folds. Volunteers received injections of HA A and HA B gels into the right or left skin folds. Th...

Onset and duration of 2% lidocaine as inferior alveolar nerve block versus buccal/lingual infiltration of 4% articaine in mandibular second molars: Clinical trial study

BACKGROUND AND AIM: The effectiveness of buccal or lingual (B/L) infiltration of 4% articaine as supplemental injection for pulp anesthesia of mandibular teeth was confirmed in previous studies. However, this study was aimed to compare the effectiveness of 2% lidocaine as inferior alveolar nerve block (IANB) versus B/L infiltration of 4% articaine for pulp anesthesia, as primary injection in ma...
